Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Know this, though: Lauraessential Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

We will email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually happens within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
